What makes Us a 'GREEN' company?

Generally speaking, it is because of the products and tools we use and also the methods required to get the most out of those products and tools.

The obvious place to start is with the products. In many cases, you will find cleaners using products that are highly chemical-based, which have been proven to be unhealthy for the cleaning technician as well as the staff working within a building and for their customers. We use products that are a combination of natural enzymes and organic matter, in conjunction with nano-Technology. They are all neutral ph and completely void of artificial perfumes and scents, and completely safe for all involved. As a side note, many people are convinced that something along the order of lemon or pine automatically signifies something is clean. Let's be clear, those scents are artificial perfumes that oftentimes are the causes of allergic reactions. Most chemicals are odorless in their natural form, the 'clean' scent was added to convince you that the product used made everything clean. Great marketing, but not particularly good science.

But the product itself is not the only consideration; how a product is developed and manufactured is also a concern. An end product may be safe and effective, but the process of manufacturing it may have used processes and resources in a way that is detrimental to the environment. For us, it is important to take a holistic view and look at the entire process from development to end user. Another consideration is how the product is packaged. Ready to Use (RTU) products are not only typically more expensive, but the cost to ship and transport is considerably higher than using a Ready to Dilute (RTD) or concentrate. Allowing the end user to dilute at the time of use is not only more cost-effective but has much less impact on the environment.

Another component to being environmentally responsible are the tools used. HEPA filtration on all vacuums, Microfiber towels, mops, and dusters to minimize excessive dust, and equipment that utilizes 'whisper' technology to reduce noise. One example of how a combination of products and tools work in concert is with microfiber towels. Using microfiber will allow you to use considerably less product to accomplish the same result as traditional towels and products. This reduction means less water used, less residue left behind, and what is left is completely safe for human interaction.
