We have grown from being a simple janitorial services company doing basic cleaning, windows, and floors, to a company that also offers ceiling cleaning, commercial kitchen deep cleaning, power washing and, of course, bacterial disinfection and antimicrobial barrier applications. We also partner with contractors to handle post construction cleaning of all sizes.
Today our portfolio of customers ranges from education, medical, sports venues, casinos, professional offices, banks, retail, and manufacturing, to name a few. We are proud of the fact that we can service literally any business and provide exceptional janitorial services.

Previous experience is not required; however, ideal candidates will have both prior experiences as an inside sales rep and outside sales experience in a related field and be comfortable with the entire sales process for business-to-business sales. Excellent communication skills are a must, both for phone calls and in-person sales. Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish are a plus. You will handle sales presentations detailing our company's services and close sales by completing sales contracts.Responsibilities:
What Will I Do As A Janitorial Sales Representative?
Your role on the team is to communicate and encourage business owners, facilities managers, property managers and administrators, to use our varied services, helping them increase their Productivity, Profitability and Performance. Your attention to the details and expectations of our customers, and knowledge of our services, will allow us to achieve a high level of excellence. Your communication skills, written and verbal, will ensure the rest of the team is set up to achieve our customers’ expectations.You will have several performance indicators to help you achieve the highest level of success. Beyond the numerous inbound requests for service, you will use your personality and self-confidence to discover 30% more additional opportunities. You will be rewarded on the total dollar value for all new accounts each month and your ability to close a high number of those opportunities. Your sales performance success will be our success. Your ability to use technology such as Microsoft Office and online programs, including email will be essential to your success. You will use our customer retention program to effectively communicate and support potential customers.

Compensation is based on salary (42K) plus commission and bonuses. Earning potential is 80K plus. In addition, 401K and health insurance bonus are included.
