  • The Most Powerful Two Words on the Planet Back

    I thought I would take a moment and say “thank you” to our clients. I wish I could list you all here but obviously space doesn’t permit. Anytime there is a customer and a service, or product, being provided by a business there is the potential for both good and, at times dysfunctional, relationships. I have discovered that the majority of people want what they pay for and they try to be reasonable as long as we, as service providers, are equally willing to communicate and work toward resolution.

    I have to say that our clients are really very reasonable. Its true that at times things can go sideways, but with good communication they can be repaired. So to our current clients, thank you for engaging us in a dialog and extending grace to us as we strive to resolve the issues that are most important to you. We are obviously not perfect and at times really struggle to get our feet under us, but you have allowed us to do that, and then you have allowed us to continue to provide you with excellent service.

    Here is what I would like to ask. Whether you are a current customer or simply an interested reader, share your best customer/client stories with us. There is really too much negative out there and frankly the good stuff gets buried. We would love to read your stories, whether it is about us or another company. We should all be willing to learn from great role models and stories are one of the best ways to learn. As we enter this final third of the year I want to wish all of our clients the very best and hope you experience great business relationships in all you do.
