After a long and successful career in corporate America, Mike and Cheri Derryberry left their corporate positions to join the team of professionals at Compass. Using their skills, talents and experience, they manage the day-to-day operations of the Phoenix office.  The business philosophy of this dynamic growing office is based on open communications and a desire to make a difference in our employee's lives, our franchise owners and the clients who contract our services.

Cheri Derryberry, (President)

Mrs. Derryberry has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in several industries, primarily financial services. Most recently Cheri was Marketing Senior Vice President of a $4.0 billion financial services company in southern California. Her background includes sales management; call center management, marketing and advertising, public relations, sales training, product development and brand management. Cheri is also experienced in web marketing and E-Commerce technologies.

Raymond "Mike" Derryberry, (Vice-President)

Mr. Derryberry has 15 years of management experience in manufacturing and sales. Most recently, �Mike� was President and Founder of Cherry Creek Consulting, a company that provided specialized software training and development for wood products manufacturers. He has developed training curriculum and seminars for software end users, as well as developing various production, sales, and operational systems that have improved efficiency and profitability for many of those same companies...
